What is a hosted form page template?
A hosted form page is a full page NBForms publishes at its own subdomain for your form. Each of the 19 templates above is a ready-made starting point — a page background, card style, and a few content elements like a logo, badge, or short brief, already arranged for a specific use case.
Can I customize a template after I pick it?
Yes. Every element's text, color, font, and size can be changed, and you can add, remove, or reorder elements freely. The page's accent color, background, card style, and corner radius are all adjustable too.
Do I have to use a template, or can I start from scratch?
Templates are optional. The Blank template starts with no elements at all — you can build your page entirely from the element palette: image, heading, short brief, long text, badge, divider, and menu.
What happens if I already added elements and then pick a different template?
You're asked whether to replace everything with the new template, or keep your existing elements and only add the ones the new template includes that you don't already have.
Is publishing a hosted page free?
Creating and designing your page is free. Publishing it live at your own subdomain uses a one-time 5 credits, with no recurring charges — see the pricing page for details.
