Yes. As long as the builder lets you set a custom form action URL (Webflow, Framer, plain HTML, WordPress, etc.), NBForms works out of the box.

There is no hard limit on the number of forms. Each form gets its own endpoint, dashboard, and notification settings.

Every account gets a free monthly submission quota — no credit card required. Once you hit the limit you can top up with credits. Unused free-tier quota resets each month; purchased credits never expire.

Each form submission received and stored by NBForms uses one credit, regardless of how many fields it contains.

All payments are final and non-refundable. Purchased credits do not expire, so they remain available on your account for future use.

We reserve the right to change credit pricing with 30 days' notice. Credits you already purchased are not affected by pricing changes.

NBForms supports reCAPTCHA v2 and Cloudflare Turnstile. Enable either one in your form settings — NBForms validates the token server-side before storing the submission.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Submissions are stored securely and are only accessible to your account and invited team members.

NBForms can forward submissions to Slack, Google Sheets, Telegram, and more. Configure any integration in your form's Integrations tab.

Yes. Invite teammates with role-based access. Admins can edit forms and manage integrations; Members get read-only access to submissions.

No. Teammates share your account's submission credits. You pay for submissions, not for the number of users in your workspace.
