Refund Policy

All sales are final. NBForms does not offer refunds on credits purchased. By purchasing credits through NBForms, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.

Credits are purchased on a pay-as-you-go basis and represent a prepayment for future use of NBForms services. Once purchased and processed, credit charges cannot be refunded.

Credits purchased through NBForms are non-refundable and non-transferable. One credit equals $1 USD. Credits can only be used to pay for NBForms services and cannot be exchanged for money or used for any other purpose.

Unused credits never expire. You can use them at your own pace, and your credit balance will remain available in your account indefinitely until spent.

Credits are automatically deducted from your account balance when you use NBForms features, such as form submissions beyond your free plan limit, additional team members, or increased storage.

You are responsible for monitoring your credit balance. When your balance reaches zero, you will need to purchase more credits to continue using paid features.

If you believe there has been a billing error or unauthorized charge, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate your claim and work with you to resolve the issue.

Any resolution for billing errors will be determined at NBForms' sole discretion. If a genuine error is found, we may issue service credits or correct your account balance accordingly.

The free plan is available to all users at no cost. You can use the free plan indefinitely without any obligation to purchase credits.
