Terms of Service

By creating an account or using NBForms in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

NBForms provides a hosted form backend that receives and stores HTML form submissions on your behalf. We give you a unique endpoint URL; you point your form's action attribute at it.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.

You must provide accurate information when registering. Accounts created with false information may be suspended.

You may use NBForms only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to:

NBForms operates on a credit-based system. Each account receives a free monthly submission quota. Additional submission credits can be purchased and are non-expiring.

All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for purchased credits, unused credits, or partial billing periods under any circumstances, except where strictly required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change credit pricing with 30 days' notice.

You own the data submitted through your forms. We process it solely to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that the data you collect through your forms complies with applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), including obtaining any necessary consent from your users.

When you configure a third-party integration (Slack, Google Sheets, Telegram, etc.), you authorize us to forward submission data to that service on your behalf. You remain responsible for compliance with those services' terms and with applicable data protection law.

If you invite teammates to your workspace, you are responsible for their actions within that workspace. Ensure that anyone you invite agrees to these terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or are involved in fraudulent activity. We will attempt to notify you before taking action unless the violation is severe.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NBForms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or revenue.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via a notice in the dashboard at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
